Our group counselling service is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection with ourselves, others, and in community.
Facilitated by registered clinical counsellor Irene Cordero, these groups provide a compassionate and structured space where participants explore personal experiences, build mutual understanding, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
Drawing from social models of well-being and trauma-informed, disability-affirming practices, Brave Sinergy’s groups encourage participants to recognize both their inner strengths and the systemic factors that shape their lives.
Whether through women’s circles, neurodiversity-affirming groups, disability justice, or collective healing spaces, Irene’s facilitation promotes dialogue, empathy, and empowerment.
With a culturally grounded, anti-oppressive focus, neurodiversity-affirming social justice, and trauma-informed practice, group counselling at Brave Sinergy helps people build emotional resilience, self-understanding, and a sense of belonging—reminding us that healing is not a solitary path, but a shared journey.
We offer online and in-person groups.
