The Art of Connection: Communication, Care and Growth for Couples
A two-day immersive experience to deepen connection, improve communication, and renew your bond — guided by a clinical counsellor specializing in group and relationships work.
Workshop Overview
This interactive training invites couples to learn evidence-based tools for communication, emotional regulation, and connection.
Through guided teaching, reflective dialogue, and practical exercises, participants will explore how attachment patterns shape their relationships and how small shifts in communication can transform connection.
The workshop is designed as a learning experience, not therapy. It integrates attachment theory, relational neuroscience, and mindfulness-based tools to help couples understand one another with greater compassion and curiosity.

To equip couples with knowledge and practical skills to enhance emotional connection, communication, and relational safety, fostering partnerships grounded in respect, understanding, and kindness.
Participants will Learn
- Learn how attachment styles influence communication and emotional needs.
- Understand the key ingredients of emotional safety and trust in relationships
- Practice communication tools that promote empathy and reduce defensiveness.
- Learn how to repair after conflict and express needs effectively
- Develop strategies for maintaining connection during stress or change
- Create a shared plan for ongoing relationship growth and care

Friday, starting from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (Valentine’s dinner included)
Saturday, 9:00am to 3:00pm (lunch and snacks included)

Group Facilitator
Irene Cordero, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor holds a Master’s in Counselling and a Master’s in Clinical Group Psychology, and is the founder of Brave Sinergy. With international experience facilitating workshops, she specializes in group work, relationships counselling and couples trainings, helping partners strengthen communication, build emotional safety, and deepen connection through practical, evidence-based tools in a warm and collaborative space.
